As some of you may already know, we strive to introduce a new side of the extremely vast and diverse South Indian cuisine at each of our supper clubs. At our first event, we played with different flavours of rice, which is South India’s staple diet. At our second event, we experimented with Dosas, South India’s savoury pancakes.
With our September supper club, we want to introduce you to the concept of ‘Tiffin’. Tiffin is the name given to the traditional snack eaten in the evenings along with a cup of filter coffee or chai. Our next supper club is going to be about exploring these snacks but will be served as a three course meal. As always, you will be offered a complimentary drink.
